1. The Site’s B5 General Conditions

The user of the Site acknowledges that it has taken cognisance of, understood and undertakes to comply with this information, which the company is required by law to provide.
Although the Editor shall do everything possible to offer users information and/or tools that are available and verified, it shall not be held liable for errors, a lack of availability of the information and/or the presence of viruses on its site.
The Editor cannot under any circumstances be liable for the non-accessibility of the Site and for any total or partial interruption of the consultation of its pages.
The information provided by the Site’s Editor is indicative. The Editor cannot warrant the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information disseminated on its Site.
The Editor reserves the right at any time to modify, at any time, all or some of this information required by law, the information on the Site and the standard terms of sale contained on the Site.

2. Intellectual property

The overall structure, as well as the software programs, texts, images (whether or not animated), sounds, know-how, etc., and all of the site’s other components are the exclusive property of the Editor or of its partners.
Any total or partial reproduction and/or representation of the site, without the Editor’s express authorisation, is prohibited and shall constitute infringement punished by Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of France’s Intellectual Property Code [Code de la propriété intellectuelle].
The same shall apply to the databases constituting the Site, which are protected by Articles L. 341-1 of the Intellectual Property Code.
The trademarks of the Editor and of its partners, and the logos appearing on the site are trademarks (whether or not semi-figurative) and are registered.
Accordingly, any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or of these logos that takes place based on the elements of the site and without the Editor’s express authorisation is prohibited, pursuant to Article L. 713-2 of France’s Intellectual Property Code.
The drawings or designs of the Editor and of its partners appearing on the site are registered.
The Site’s users cannot place a hyperlink from this site without the Editor’s express, prior authorisation.
The Editor shall not be responsible for users’ access via hyperlinks installed from the Site and pointing to other resources present on the Internet network.

3. Information required by the “CNIL” [French National Commission for IT and Civil Liberties]

The user is informed that a cookie can be installed automatically on its browser software at the time of its visits on the site.
The cookie is used to record information concerning the user’s browsing on the site, without identifying the user.
